Welcome to Roam Bébé. By accessing or using our website https://www.roambebe.com (the “Site”) and our rental services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms or to our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or the Services.
1. Definitions
Roam Bébé, we, us, our: Roam Bébé, located at Yeşilbahçe Mah. Çınarlı Cad. Mustafa Kemal Ayanoğlu Sitesi A Blok No:42 Kat:1 Daire:2, Antalya, Türkiye 07160.
User, you, your: Any person who visits the Site and/or books a rental.
Equipment: Baby and family equipment available for rent (e.g., strollers, car seats, cribs, high chairs, carriers, etc.).
Booking: A reservation placed by the User for Equipment for a specified rental period.
Rental Period: The time from the agreed delivery/collection time until the agreed return/pick‑up time.
2. Scope of Services
We provide baby gear rental and related services such as delivery and collection within our service areas (Antalya and surrounding regions; other locations on request). Equipment availability, models, brands and colours may vary from photos shown on the Site.
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. In order to complete a Booking, you must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We may request a government‑issued ID at delivery for verification.
4. Booking, Confirmations & Rental Period
4.1 Placing a Booking. You can submit a Booking through the Site or by contacting us through approved channels (including WhatsApp at +90 542 103 61 07).
4.2 Confirmation. A Booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) and payment authorisation is successful. If we cannot fulfil a Booking, any pre‑authorised amount will be released (see §8).
4.3 Start & End. The Rental Period starts at the agreed delivery/collection time and ends upon return/pick‑up at the agreed time. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the end of the Rental Period (§11).
5. Prices, Currency & Taxes
5.1 Currency. All prices are shown and charged in Euro (€).
5.2 Taxes. Prices include VAT/KDV where applicable unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5.3 Changes. We may update prices at any time prior to Booking confirmation.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment Methods. Payments are processed securely via our authorised payment provider. We do not accept cash for Bookings.
6.2 Charges. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for: rental fees, delivery/collection fees (if any), deposits, extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, repair or replacement costs and any other amounts set out in these Terms.
7. Delivery & Collection
7.1 Options. Delivery/collection is available to addresses you specify (e.g., hotel, residence, airport). Self‑pickup may be available upon request.
7.2 Windows & Waiting. Please be present at the agreed time. Our driver will wait 15 minutes at residential/hotel addresses and 30 minutes at airports. If you are late or absent, additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees and/or be treated as a no‑show (§10, §12).
7.3 Changes. Changes to time or location after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional delivery fees.
8. Security Deposits & Pre‑Authorisations
For certain Equipment, a refundable security deposit or card pre‑authorisation may be required and will be stated at checkout. Deposits are released after the Equipment is returned on time and in acceptable condition, less any fees under these Terms. Bank processing times vary; releases typically appear within 7 business days after we initiate them.
9. User Responsibilities (Safe & Proper Use)
9.1 Care. You are responsible for the Equipment from delivery until return. Handle with care, keep away from water/sand/salt and avoid misuse or overloading.
9.2 Instructions. Always follow the manufacturer’s user manuals and safety instructions. Ask us for guidance if needed; however, installation and correct use remain your responsibility.
9.3 Car Seats. After any car accident (even minor), do not use the car seat. Inform us immediately for replacement options.
9.4 Hygiene. Normal cleaning is included. Equipment must be returned reasonably clean and free of stains, odours, sand or pet hair.
9.5 Loss/Theft. You must notify us immediately in case of loss, theft or damage.
10. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees
10.1 Assessment. On return, we assess the Equipment’s condition.
10.2 Cleaning Fee. If the Equipment is not reasonably clean, a €20 per item cleaning fee applies.
10.3 Repairs. For repairable damage, you will be charged the actual repair cost and any necessary parts plus reasonable administrative costs.
10.4 Replacement. If repair is not reasonably feasible or the Equipment is lost/stolen, you will be charged the replacement value less reasonable depreciation or the current second‑hand market value for an equivalent item, at our discretion.
10.5 Out‑of‑Service. If the item must be withdrawn from service, we may charge up to one additional day at the daily rental rate.
11. Extensions & Late Returns
11.1 Extensions. Request extensions before the end of your Rental Period. If approved, additional fees apply at the then‑current rates.
11.2 Late Returns. Returns later than 30 minutes after the agreed time may incur an extra charge of one additional day at the daily rate, plus extra delivery/collection fees where applicable.
12. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
12.1 Pending Bookings. If your order is pending confirmation and you cancel, any card hold will be released automatically (bank timing applies).
12.2 Accepted/Confirmed Bookings. You may cancel up to 72 hours before the first day of the Rental Period for a full refund of rental and delivery fees paid, excluding any non‑refundable payment processing fees shown at checkout.
12.3 Within 72 Hours / No‑Show. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the Rental Period, or failure to be present at the agreed delivery time/place, are non‑refundable.
12.4 Provider Inability. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed Booking, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that Booking.
13. Product Variations & Substitutions
Photos are illustrative. If a specific model is unavailable, we may offer a comparable substitute of equal or higher quality. If no suitable substitute is available, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for the unavailable item.
14. Safety & Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of Equipment (e.g., local car seat rules). We may provide manuals or links, but we do not provide professional installation services.
15. Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or reputational harm arising from your use or inability to use the Equipment or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the Booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Equipment is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or availability of specific Equipment.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Roam Bébé and may not be used without our prior written permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content.
17. Reviews & Feedback
You may submit reviews and feedback that are truthful and do not infringe any rights or applicable laws. By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use and display it in connection with the Services.
18. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, share and protect your information and your rights.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, war, terrorism, civil disorder, governmental actions, network failures or supplier issues.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya (Merkez), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules granting you the right to bring claims in your place of residence.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Site with the “Last updated” date revised. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means (e.g., notice on the Site).
