WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
We charge in the current currency shown in your cart/checkout. If your bank uses a different currency, conversion is handled by your bank.
DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a refundable deposit applies to some items. After we receive everything back complete and undamaged, the deposit is returned to the original payment card. Depending on your bank, it can take 1–10 business days to appear. Excess damage or loss may be deducted from the deposit.

Visa and Mastercard cards and secure pay-by-link. Cash on delivery is not available.

Yes. Payments are SSL-encrypted. Card data is processed by our payment provider and never stored by Roam Bébé.

We deliver to all districts of Antalya for a fee. During checkout, select the district for both delivery and pickup; fees are calculated automatically by district and time window.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We time handovers to your arrival. Share your flight number and we’ll meet you at Antalya Airport, your hotel, or your address and confirm the slot on WhatsApp.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We track delays and re-time your handover accordingly.
HOW DO RETURNS / PICK-UPS WORK?
We collect from the same type of location—airport, hotel, or address. We confirm the return appointment on WhatsApp.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT/ID AT HANDOVER?
Yes. The booking holder must show a passport or national ID. If someone else will collect, we need written authorization from the booking holder plus the collector’s full name and document number.
WHICH PASSPORT/ID DETAILS DO YOU COLLECT?
Full name, document type (passport/ID), document number, nationality, and expiry date. Turkish citizens may use a national ID; foreign nationals use a passport. We do not photocopy or photograph documents; we only record required fields and verify the physical document at handover.
HOW ARE ITEMS CLEANED AND SAFETY-CHECKED?
Multi-step cleaning and a model-specific safety checklist after every rental (harness, brakes, fold lock, frame/wheels).
WHICH AGE/WEIGHT IS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?
Each product page lists age/weight guidance. Share your child’s weight/height and we’ll recommend the best fit.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR LOSS?
Normal wear is fine. Excessive damage or loss may incur repair/replacement costs (which may be deducted from the deposit).
CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL?
Yes—subject to availability, billed at the daily rate. Please contact us before your planned return time.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Full refund up to 72 hours before Day 1. Within 72 hours, we prioritize change requests (date/time/location) subject to availability. If an item isn’t right, we arrange a fast swap; if no suitable alternative is available, we start a refund.
